About Alyssa B. Kamm

Ms. Kamm has extensive experience acting in both legal and business capacities in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, refinancing, development, construction, leasing and divestiture of shopping centers and commercial properties across the United States. She has advised clients in the areas of environmental compliance and governmental regulation in connection with real estate transactions. She has represented various companies in both business and legal capacities in front of several local governmental bodies in multiple jurisdictions.

As Assistant General Counsel and Director of Development for a Cleveland-based national real estate development and management company, Ms. Kamm helped to create and manage a small law practice within the company. Ms. Kamm also served as lead developer for a major mixed-use development.

Ms. Kamm started her career as an Associate in the Real Estate practice group of a large Cleveland law firm. Prior to law school, Ms. Kamm was a registered Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Ohio.
