Mr. Desberg moderated a panel discussion, “Property Management: Maintaining and Improving the Pro-Forma – Operational and Management Challenges Not Discussed at the Closing Dinner” which focused on the daily challenges of operating a shopping center which can drastically affect a center’s profitability.
Ms. Hoelting led a roundtable discussion, “Sorry Mr. Landlord, My Franchisor Requires These Provisions” related to issues that commonly arise in leases with franchise tenants and how to address such issues.
