About Dylan Mook
Mr. Mook completes both transactional and litigation work. On the transactional front, he counsels clients on real estate, business, and banking matters. With the litigation group, his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and real estate-related claims.
Mr. Mook serves industries such as real estate development and investment, finance, manufacturing, construction, government, and various entrepreneurial ventures.
He received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2018. He received his B.A. from Quincy University in 2014. He currently volunteers on the Saint Ignatius High School Young Alumni Committee.
While at Case Western Reserve, he excelled in the law school’s writing program. He won the best-brief award in the Dean Dunmore Moot Court Competition, was selected as an honors fellow for the advanced writing course, and was chosen as a teaching assistant for the appellate-practice program. As a result, Mr. Mook was named to the Order of Barristers.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mook worked as a law clerk for a national insurance corporation, and as a judicial intern for Ohio Supreme Court Justice Michael P. Donnelly while Justice Donnelly served as a judge on the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
