About Frank C. Santoiemmo
Mr. Santoiemmo focuses his practice on representing clients engaged in real estate and business transactions. Mr. Santoiemmo has experience counseling owners, developers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants, including acquiring, financing, developing, managing, leasing and selling various types of properties. Mr. Santoiemmo also has experience in business acquisitions and sales, corporate organization/governance, and general contract drafting and review.
Mr. Santoiemmo is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State Bar Associations. Mr. Santoiemmo also is a member of the Ohio Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mr. Santoiemmo was a round table leader at the 2016 International Council of Shopping Centers Regional Law Conference, presented at the 2017 International Council of Shopping Centers Regional Law Conference, presented at the 2016 Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Real Estate Law Institute, and will be presenting at the 2017 Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Real Estate Law Institute. Mr. Santoiemmo authored “Are You Overpaying Taxes on Your Real Property?’ on the firm’s website.
Mr. Santoiemmo received his B.A. from John Carroll University in 2007, and earned his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University in 2010. Mr. Santoiemmo is a member of the Gilmour Academy Alumni Association.
